You can subscribe to a single list or the entire site.

Look for the Alert Me button on most lists and events. Or you can get an alert if anything on the site changes.

 

Use this link to add or remove alerts.

Club officers and Directors can access the secured portion of the site via the link below.

From the Club Calendar click on the option to show in Outlook.  This is in the top menu bar. Only shows if you have Outlook 2003 or 2007.

You must have Outlook 2003 or 2007. Then get the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101687211033.aspx 

 

If you want to work at your liesure you can copy the calendar to your own Outlook, but it is then not a live link.

 

You can then pick a format to include all details.
